The "Romano-Celtic Connection" by` Little Sicily offers a more interesting version of the roast hog with the "Little Sicilian." A not so little, 100 to 150lb Welsh pig roasted to perfection, season with herbs and spices and doused in the Southern Italian Marsala wine. Marsala is a vanilla like fortified wine similar in strength to Sherry.  It is a wine produced in the region surrounding the Italian city of Marsala in Sicily. It  contains about 15-20% alcohol by volume. Yes, you can still have it with Apple sauce or our Arabiata spicey dusting.

Accompanying our roasted friend can be a range of Italian influenced dishes, such as Arancina (deep fried risotto balls with a surprised filling), Rice salad, Pasta salad, fresh tomatoes and other salad item and bread rolls.
